Waiver of Liability: It is specifically agreed by the parties to this Agreement that BACC, its agents, employees or
assignees are in no way liable for any loss, damages or theft of any property belonging to the Vendor while on the
site, grounds and area of BACC event. The Vendor specifically acknowledges that BACC provides no insurance
and accepts no responsibility for any such loss whether the said loss is by accident, act of God, intentional act of
destruction or theft. Vendors may begin setting up at 3:00 pm on the 3rd, and be ready to open by 5:45. You may
begin set up at 8 am on the 4th and be ready to open by 10 am. You may leave your booth set up overnight July 3rd,
at your own risk. All participants are required to clean up their own area and put all refuse in trash cans or dumpster
Permits: Food Vendors are responsible for obtaining a valid Health Inspection permit and will prominently display
during all periods of operation. Please be aware that health, fire, and electrical inspections will occur for food
vendors. Food vendors must contact Clinton County Health Department at 937-382-7251 to obtain health certificate.
